On May 10, Yunnan Investment Group convened the First Meeting of the Second Board of Supervisors, at which the report on change of the Board of Supervisors and organization of the second Board of Supervisors of Yunnan Investment Group was heard, Cao Li was elected as the Chairman of the second Board of Supervisors of Yunnan Investment Group, the Report on the Work of the Board of Supervisors of Yunnan Investment Group in 2020 was deliberated and approved, and all meeting agendas were successfully completed.
It was emphasized at the meeting that the newlyelected Board of Supervisors of Yunnan Investment Group would seriously performduties in strict accordance with its functions and powers conferred by the Company Law, Articles of Association and relevant laws and regulations. It wasproposed at the meeting that a working mechanism linked with the Board ofDirectors and managers would be established to give prompts on issues and risksexisted in the process of operation and management of Yunnan Investment Group.
